Aim
- To introduce modern synchrotron radiation related techniques for magnetic characterization
- To provide and/or update the useful fundamentals of modern magnetism (nano and micromagnetism, low dimensional magnetism, molecular magnetism)
Participants
PhD students, researchers looking for an introduction or an update of their knowledge on synchrotron radiation techniques for magnetic characterization and modern magnetism. Basic knowledge in condensed matter physics is required.
Number of participants
The number of participants is limited to 65.
Teaching
The school will be held in english (master and practical courses). Poster sessions will allow participants to present their recent results.
Organization
The school is organized by
IPCMS | IS2M | KIT | Synchrotron SOLEIL | Université de Strasbourg | Université Haute Alsace | CNRS |
